Narratki – a storytelling tool for brands – invite you to change!

After more than a dozen years of conducting strategic, branding, and communication workshops, we know one thing: a conversation about a brand is never just about communication. It is a conversation about identity, values, emotions, internal tensions, as well as external challenges and circumstances. From these experiences, Narratki was born – a toolkit created by the Profeina team consisting of cards and a board – which helps to tell a brand’s story and plan its future.
Narratki is neither a board game nor a classic planner. Although you receive as many as 88 cards*, a large board consisting of three parts, and a planner! In any case, there is no single right way to use them. Narratki is a tool for creative, in-depth strategic work that you can use on your own terms – individually, as a team, or in a workshop setting.

Who are Narratki for?

We created Narratki with the following in mind:
  • creative and branding agencies that work on brand positioning,
  • marketers and managers planning a new strategy or rebranding,
  • trainers, coaches, and workshop moderators who want to enrich their toolkit portfolio,
  • leaders and founders who need an internal compass for their team in a changing environment,
  • individuals building a personal brand – consciously, authentically, and in line with their own values.
Narratki will be especially useful for those preparing for change – regardless of whether it is triggered by the development of AI, a new labor market, the emergence of a global competitor, new regulations, international expansion, etc.

What do you gain by working with Narratki?

  • You can recreate the brand’s history – you will rediscover its initial motivations, goals, and values.
  • You will identify strengths that helped survive crises and build a market position.
  • You will diagnose the brand’s current situation: what it struggles with, what strengthens it, and what weakens it.
  • You will create a vision for the future – based on real possibilities, yours or your team’s strengths, and in contact with external events and circumstances.
  • You will develop specific actions – using the Action Sheet, you will plan your next steps.
Narratki are flexible. Thanks to them, you can lead a workshop with a team, organize a brainstorming session with a client, or perform self-reflection on your own brand. It is a tool that combines the depth of conversation with the pleasure of creation – intuitive, yet far from trivial.
